So when my Comcast bill came a few days ago, it was $35.00 higher than last month. So I called to ask what was going on. Apparently when I moved they gave me some kind of promotional rate that was good for six months and it just expired. When I asked if there was any kind of new promotion, the Comcast representative said no. Then she looked at my bill. “How do you use the Internet?”...

Things I have seen on my Mapcrunch journeys...
A man walking along the side of the road, and, a little further on, his broken-down car. A “yield to horses” sign: This guy’s hair: A redacted house: No airport.

“No one could blame American women here if they all suddenly decided to leave the...”
– John Oliver on American contraception debates, The Bugle 183 I keep thinking about this. Men dramatically outweigh women in politics and in media — arenas where an imbalance is dangerous. And then there’s this whole thing of Rick Santorum even being a contender for President. What is going on? I...

thatbluebox: HEY TUMBLR, LET’S PLAY A GAME To play this game, go to MapCrunch, select “hide location”, make sure you have all countries unselected, and click go. What this will do is drop you in a random part of the world. It’s as if you woke up on the side of a road in an unfamiliar country. The goal of the game is to find your way to an airport so you can return home.  Bonus Hard Mode: No...
